Rae Nicks is the founder and leader of Volume Eventz. She has more than 25 years as a business theater professional. After working as a producer and account executive for a production company in Chicago, Rae struck out on her own and launched Volume in 2007. Rae believes strongly in establishing business relationships based on trust and dependability. As a result, Volume has earned the loyalty of many long-term clients after consistently delivering exceptional results--as promised.
Rae is a highly experienced producer of events of all sizes. She has developed an incredible base of resources and fosters strong working relationships with the most talented professionals in the business. Her calm but firm demeanor inspires confidence in her clients and colleagues alike.
Janice Rodgers joined Volume in 2012 following a 27-year career with United Airlines. Her vast experience includes management positions in customer service, performance metrics, catering operations and executive care. Janice currently manages our daily operation and sales efforts in support of the production team. She also works in partnership with our clients and vendors to ensure that every event is on time and within budget. She is also a skilled and dependable production assistant on location.
Tom Clemens joined the Volume Eventz team after a 25 year career at The Wendy's Company where he lead the Media & Events Production Team. After joining Wendy's as a video producer, he expanded his role into event communications and was responsible for all aspects of execution for Wendy's annual conventions, shareholders meetings, and many other major events. His experience on the corporate side makes him uniquely qualified to support our clients. In addition to being a resourceful and creative producer, Tom is also a drone pilot and is always looking for innovative ways to integrate aerial footage into a project.
Kathy Flood is a highly experienced special events and multi-media producer having worked on staff for production companies, Kraft Foods and the Chicago Office of Tourism. She regularly serves clients spanning a variety of industries, including communications, entertainment, food & beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail and tourism. Kathy thrives on the energy of live events. She is a highly capable Creative Director, Stage Manager and Writer. She prides herself on building relationships, becoming an extension of her clients’ teams and bringing their messages to life creatively, effectively and on budget.
Beth Ashbrook began her events production career with an entry level position at a graphics/production company in Columbus. Ten years later she was a co-owner and president. She collaborated regularly with Volume for more than ten years and is now a valued part of the Volume Eventz team. Beth is an outstanding event producer, stage manager and video producer/director. She also has a strong technical background and extensive experience in graphics design to support major events. As an entrepreneur, Beth developed a keen sense for anticipating and delivering on the needs of her clients.
Gail Bruno has more than 30 years of professional experience with corporate meetings, media communications and events. She has an in-depth understanding of all stages of creative development and project execution. Gail possesses excellent communication skills with an intense attention to detail. Gail's responsibilities include overseeing production of meeting support videos and graphic presentations, providing pre-event and on-site support to presenters, and managing multiple sub-projects.
